Commercial Scaffolding in Washington
We provide commercial scaffolding for shops, offices, managed buildings and construction projects. Your contractors need access to do the work, while staff, customers or tenants may still be using the premises. We’ll discuss both with you and help get the job moving.

Commercial Scaffolding in Washington
We can help with roof repairs, cladding, windows, brickwork and outside maintenance. Tell us which parts of the building need attention and whether several trades will use the scaffold.
You can send drawings or photos, or call us with an outline of the work. Your builder or property manager is welcome to speak to us directly.
Working Around an Open Business
If the premises will stay open, tell us about the entrances, paths, parking and deliveries close to the work. We’ll talk through the access with the person looking after the building.
For shared premises, it helps to know who coordinates the different businesses or tenants. Any restrictions on arrival or unloading are useful to discuss before we agree dates.
Refurbishment and Larger Building Jobs
A project may move from one side of a building to another, or involve roofing, windows and internal repairs at different times. Tell us the order of the work so we can discuss the scaffold with the whole project in mind.
If you need loading bays, birdcage scaffolding or a temporary roof, ask about those too. We can discuss them alongside the main access.
Ask for a Commercial Scaffolding Quote
Send the site address, what work is being done and the dates you have in mind. Photos or a contractor’s drawing can help, but you can call first if you have a question.
We’ll explain anything else needed to put the quote together. If the job changes, get in touch so we can review the access before the next part of the work starts.
